This policy applies to equipment purchased from EchoMedica in Ukraine.
Equipment returns
We accept returns of unused equipment within 14 days of receipt by the buyer. This condition applies to ordinary returns of non-defective goods; claims concerning defects are handled separately.
To arrange a return, contact us using the details above and provide the order or purchase document number, equipment model and reason for your request.
Goods must be returned by carrier. Return address: Nova Poshta, branch No. 26, Cherkasy, Ukraine. Recipient: sole proprietor Iryna Vasylivna Pluzhnyk. Contact us before shipping to agree the return and recipient details. The buyer pays shipping for ordinary returns. There is no return fee.
Defective equipment
If a defect is found, contact us with a description of the fault. We arrange repair or replacement for equipment with a confirmed defect. Under the seller’s terms, the buyer pays shipping unless applicable law requires the seller to bear these costs. This policy does not limit the buyer’s rights under applicable law.
Refunds
We refund the goods within 5 calendar days after the seller receives the return, without deductions from the goods’ price. The buyer’s shipping costs for an ordinary return are separate from the goods’ price.
